Conditions to Qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.
- Packaging, tags, and accessories must be included if applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged or replaced unless defective upon arrival:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse
Verification & Approval Process
Once you submit your claim:
- Our support team will review your request and evidence.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for inspection (shipping instructions will be provided if needed).
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the mistake is from our side (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we cover all shipping costs.
If the issue is related to size or customer preference, additional shipping costs may apply.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
